An original farmhouse with more than 300 years old, located in the countryside, just 5 minutes from Santa Eularia, between land and sea, whose reform began thanks to the initiative of Francis Dimmers and the studio Box 3 Interiors.

The reconstruction project is based on three elements of essential tradition, with which the original features of the house are preserved: the orientation of the house, with the facade and the main door facing each other from south to north, in such a way that a cross ventilation as a natural air conditioning, the conservation of the different modules that were used to store olives and grain and the traditional water collection system, as a cistern -an architectural resource for storing water, usually potable-, as third key piece.

Although the central body was relatively in good condition, it was necessary to reconstruct the roofs and thoroughly reform the stables and corrals that made up the surrounding structures. To the south of the house, a more contemporary extension was built, always respecting the original essence of the estate.

Like the Phoenix, the house rose from the ashes to become the exquisite home it is today. With the intervention of Box 3 in the interiors and its decorative proposal, always impeccable, the result is magnificent. the kitchen of Bulthaup, lighting by Tom Dixon and Ingo Maurer, the bathrooms of Agape and Zanottae furniture, in contrast to the original stone and some recovered pieces, turn the house into the dream of any lover of architecture and design.
